Elementary Comprehensive Literacy Adoption Regional Meetings
The elementary literacy curricula pilot has recently concluded and as the Comprehensive Literacy Materials Selection Committee wraps up the adoption process, they are seeking feedback on the curricula being reviewed: Benchmark Advance and Wit & Wisdom. Parents and guardians are invited to give feedback or submit questions at one of the regional meetings being held this week. Parents and guardians are invited to attend any of the meetings that work for their schedule. We hope you can join us.
· March 19, 6-7 p.m., Clark Elementary Library (335 First Avenue SE, Issaquah, WA, 98027.
· March 20, 6-7 p.m., Sunny Hills Elementary Library (3200 Issaquah-Pine Lake Road SE, Sammamish, WA, 98075.
· March 21, 6-7 p.m., Briarwood Elementary Library (17020 SE 134th Street, Renton, WA, 98059.
· Zoom meeting, 10-11 a.m., March 22.

February is Kindness Month at Clark Elementary! You may have heard some rumblings from your students about our new Gold Clark Coins! Students who are caught demonstrating kind, respectful behaviors will receive a gold coin that will be entered to win a prize on our prize wheel!
Gold coins received get put into a tub to be drawn for a chance to spin the prize wheel!
Winners are enjoying extra class recess, item from our prize tubs and even McDonald lunch with Principal Otley and Assistant Principal Falk!
